Betty Moon

Betty Moon is a Toronto-born Canadian singer/songwriter, producer, and filmmaker currently living in Los Angeles. Having completed her fifth album entitled “Rollin’ Revolution” she has worked with notable musicians including Kenny Aronoff, Yogi Lonich, Wes Scantlin, Glenn Milchem, Gavin Brown and Nick Milo and has contributed music for a variety of films including The Last Gasp starring Robert Patrick and Walking the Dead directed by Melanie Ansley. She was signed to A&M Records in 1990 and released her first self-titled record in Canada in 1991. She has been nominated for four CASBY Awards including Best Album of the Year, Best Single of the Year, Best Video of the Year and Best Artist of the Year.[1]

Betty Moon garnered a regional top ten hit in Canada with a cover version of David Essex's "Rock On", four CASBY Award nominations, opened for Pink Floyd and has made numerous appearances on Canadian television.[2]
